🌸 MUMS & BUBS – SAUNA & ICE BATH 🌸

Mums, when was the last time you actually had some time for YOU?

Not just a quick shower or five minutes to yourself… but proper time to reset, recharge and do something good for your body and mind.

I’ve been wanting to create something special for the mums in our community, and I’m so excited to introduce Mums & Bubs at Awakened Wellness! 🫶

Think sauna, ice baths, connection, fresh air and a beautiful community of women who understand the juggle of motherhood.

Here’s how it works:

🌿 $30 per mum

🌿 Two-hour session (9:30am–11:30am)

🌿 Bubs and little ones welcome

🌿 One morning a month

🌿 Bring a friend and tag-team your sauna and ice bath sessions.

And here’s the best part…

There is NO formal crèche or childcare. Instead, we’re creating a community of women supporting women.

We know how hard it can be to find time for self-care when you have little ones. So bring a friend, meet other mums and embrace a little village mentality.

Parents remain responsible for their own children, but we encourage mums to connect, support one another and, where agreed, help each other get a little time to themselves.

The children can spend time in nature or in the studio. They must remain supervised at all times.

Because we all deserve to fill our own cups, too. ❤️
